All-electric Italian cooking. The Steel Genesi 36" Induction pairs a five-zone induction cooktop, including two flexible zones, with a combi-steam oven: the professional range for homes without gas, or for cooks who love the speed and control of induction.
Genesi by Steel
Genesi is Steel's contemporary professional line: a robust stainless steel body, bold geometric design and sturdy metal knobs and handles. Every range is built in Carpi, Italy, by Steel, founded in 1999 by the Po family, whose grandfather Angelo Po began building stoves in 1922.
Combi-steam as standard
The oven combines convection and steam, controlled by a color TFT programmer with preset recipes. Steam keeps roasts juicy and bread crisp, steam-cleaning cleans the cavity naturally, and the meat probe cooks to the exact core temperature. Steel's patented INNVENT double-inverted fans spread heat evenly across and between every shelf, so trays never need turning. The two flexible induction zones accept large pans, griddles and grill plates.
