Ascot by Steel
Ascot is Steel's classic line: timeless range-cooker styling with refined metal details, combined with the same professional engineering as Steel's Genesi line. Every range is built in Carpi, Italy, by Steel, founded in 1999 by the Po family, whose grandfather Angelo Po began building stoves in 1922.
Combi-steam as standard
The oven combines convection and steam, controlled by a color TFT programmer with preset recipes. Steam keeps roasts juicy and bread crisp, steam-cleaning cleans the cavity naturally, and the meat probe cooks to the exact core temperature. Steel's patented INNVENT double-inverted fans spread heat evenly across and between every shelf, so trays never need turning. The frytop runs on two separate electric zones, so you can heat the whole plate or just half; it can be swapped for Steel's cast iron barbecue or stainless teppanyaki plate.
