Six brass burners, two ovens. The Steel Genesi 40" gives you six solid brass gas burners above a combi-steam main oven and a traditional side oven: the classic all-gas cooktop with Italian professional engineering.
Genesi by Steel
Genesi is Steel's contemporary professional line: a robust stainless steel body, bold geometric design and sturdy metal knobs and handles. Every range is built in Carpi, Italy, by Steel, founded in 1999 by the Po family, whose grandfather Angelo Po began building stoves in 1922.
Combi-steam as standard
The main oven combines convection and steam, controlled by a color TFT programmer with up to 15 functions and 37 preset recipes. Steam keeps roasts juicy and bread crisp; a rising function proves dough at 82°F; steam-cleaning cleans the cavity naturally; and the meat probe cooks to the exact core temperature. ECO and Shabbat modes, a soft-close door, reinforced 6 mm shelves, enhanced side lighting and removable dishwasher-safe stainless liners complete the oven.
