Ascot by Steel
Ascot is Steel's classic line: timeless range-cooker styling with refined metal details, combined with the same professional engineering as Steel's Genesi line. Every range is built in Carpi, Italy, by Steel, founded in 1999 by the Po family, whose grandfather Angelo Po began building stoves in 1922.
Combi-steam as standard
The main oven combines convection and steam, controlled by a color TFT programmer with up to 15 functions and 37 preset recipes. Steam keeps roasts juicy and bread crisp; a rising function proves dough at 82°F; steam-cleaning cleans the cavity naturally; and the meat probe cooks to the exact core temperature. ECO and Shabbat modes, a soft-close door, reinforced 6 mm shelves, enhanced side lighting and removable dishwasher-safe stainless liners complete the oven.
