SHIPPING & BILLING: US ORDERS
Where do you ship from?
Our main office is in West Palm Beach, Florida and orders are shipped either from there or from our suppliers or centralized warehouses in US.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Shipping all over U.S. is FREE for orders above $2500. All international orders do have a shipping fee. Based on region we may recalculate shipping on larger items or may require to ship to a US based receiving agent or shipping forwarding agent. We do not have an affiliation with shipping forwarders but our team can help you to find one.
When will I receive my order?
SHIPPING FROM OUR SHOWROOM IN U.S.
Your order will be processed usually in 1-2 weeks time and then arrive in 3 - 9 business days from order date if it is in warehouse. Our headquarters are located in U.S., Florida and items shipped from our main office may be the subject of customs duties when received outside US.
SHIPPING STRAIGHT FROM OUR SUPPLIER WAREHOUSES
Shipping out from our supplier warehouses typically takes place in 1-2 weeks time. on average. Certain items may take longer to ship out depending on manufacturer on case by case basis. Shipping tames are estimated but not guaranteed.
What is the time frame to ship an international order?
We have the same Shipping Policy on International orders as for domestic.
What is the time frame to ship an domestic U.S. order if the item goes out of stock?
If we are restocking it at the time of Your order, it will be shipped as soon as it is restocked, usually within 2 weeks time. Please allow for additional time up to 4 weeks should the item be out of stock.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! FREE Ground Service via USPS is offered on all orders shipped within the United States for orders above $100!

What countries do you ship to?
We are happy to ship worldwide or to a US based shipping agent. Please do keep in mind that our electric products are mainly designed for US and are US versions. Some manufacturers do manufacture one global product that works in most countries world wide, others have special localized versions. Our store can not be responsible for electrical or mechanical compatibility with your regional standards.
How much duty/tax will I have to pay for international shipping?
Duties and Taxes are determined by the recipient’s country of Import.
What is the cost to ship to Canada?
Standard Shipping. Any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country’s customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery. Shipping fees may apply.
What is your international return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at: info@katanahouse.com and our Pro Team we will provide you with further assistance and instructions. Returns for international orders are generally not accepted, unless an exception is made by management in writing. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges and all returns are subject to arrival inspection for any shipping damages. Should a return shipment arrive with damages it will not be accepted for return and you will need to use your return shipping insurance to recover damaged item costs.
If the item is sold out during Your checkout?
Shipping time for particular items vary - when we restock items as soon as we receive the next shipment from manufacturers or suppliers. Please reach out for more details. Typical restocking can be a week or several weeks and in rare cases 1-3 months.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are orders for items, which are being re-stocked ore are sold out and being re-ordered or are new products to be launched in the near future. You have the advantage to reserve your size and style of the item even if it is not yet in stock by Pre-Ordering, this why reserving your item in timely manner, so it ships to you right after we receive it in our warehouse. By pre-ordering, you are making sure that no one can snatch it from you or it would not sell out when it arrives to store.
ORDER MAY BE SPLIT IN FEW PACKAGES
We strive to ship items as fast as possible and in order to do so we may ship your order in several packages. In this case different packages can come separately at different times even it was one order. Do not worry, shipping of the next part of your order in US is completely on us in this case.
Can You make a shipping faster?
We know that sometimes your project might depend on fast deliveries. Please contact our Pro Team to inquire about faster shipping options. Additional shipping or expedited processing fees may apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are inspected within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) of our receipt of the item back at our warehouse, at which time your credit card will be refunded based on the return and exchange policy rules. Note that restocking and shipping fee deductions may apply as per our rules. It could take up to 15 days for a refund to reflect on your credit card.
What if I received a damaged item?

as soon as you receive your item for authorization. All damages have to be 1st notified to the carrier if you are present at the arrival time and notated to the delivery agent at the time of receipt. Should you not be present at the time of delivery inspect the shipment immediately - all shipping damages must be reported within 3 days of their arrival. We will need an email with detailed images of the damage to be sent to us in this time. Please note that for international orders or orders shipped via 3rd party forwarding services or receiving agents or picked up at our locations - we are not responsible for any shipping or product damages after they are received at the forwarding service or receiving agent location or picked up from our store.
Can final sale items be returned?
Items purchased on final sale may not be returned.
